Non-Smoking Property.
Your family is very welcome at the Hayden Hideaway condos and
we look forward to meeting you! We rent to non-smokers
only. If you are making reservations for other family members
or reserving a unit for friends, it is your responsibility to
be sure that they are all non-smokers. People who smoke
outside are not allowed on the property at any time. Sorry, but
no pets are allowed on this property. Reservations
accepted all year for your convenience.

While not open from October
through April, you can still make your reservations.

coast). You can also email us to inquire about reservations during
these months as well.
When making a reservation a year in advance, 50% down is required
with the remainder due in January. Otherwise full payment is
required to confirm reservation. Once you have made your reservation,
there are no refunds unless I am able to re-rent the condo during
the time you originally reserved. We accept Visa, Master Card,
personal checks, cashier's checks, money orders and cash.
We expect the units to be left clean and orderly at checkout.
A cleaning and damage deposit is required on your unit. Your
deposit is returned on this basis.
